All rentals require a $300 security deposit as well as 7% Maine sales tax.  The security deposit will be returned after the rental term assuming no excessive cleaning is required or damage is done to the property.

A $300 deposit is due with the signed contract. This converts to a security deposit during the rental period. The first payment (equal to 50% of the total rental) is due within 60 days prior to arrival. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
